Sail Beyond Cancer USA: our 2025 impact in motion © Sail Beyond Cancer USA

Sail Beyond Cancer® USA's 2025 Impact Video highlights a transformative year of free cancer respite sails across our chapters in Vermont, Annapolis, North Shore, and Virginia.

Each mission sail reflects our commitment to honoring those challenged by cancer by harnessing the healing power of wind, water, and sail®.

Through private 3-hour sailing excursions, we provide emotional healing, peace, and joyful connection for cancer patients of all ages, along with up to five loved ones. These sails help families step away from the stress of treatment and experience meaningful moments together on the water — at no cost.

This video celebrates the volunteers, captains, donors, caregivers, and communities who make these free cancer programs possible. From heartfelt testimonials to inspiring mission moments, you'll see why our work matters so deeply.

Nominate. Volunteer. Donate. Together, we are making a difference One Sail at a Time.

Thank you for watching our 2025 Sail Beyond Cancer USA Impact Video!

If you know someone currently facing cancer — of any age and any diagnosis — you can give them the free gift of a private 3-hour respite sail with up to five loved ones on one of our participating waterways across the country.

Every healing sail is made possible thanks to our incredible volunteers, donors, chapters, and community partners nationwide. Together, we are making a difference One Sail at a Time.
