Aquila launches 35 Sport

Aquila Catamarans has unveiled the 35 Sport at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, continuing the options in its reimagined center console Sports range. The 35 Sport features the same bold, SUV-inspired styling as the flagship Aquila 45 Sport in a more compact package, giving owners high-speed performance on a platform built for social use.
At 35'6" length overall with a 14'9" beam, the 35 Sport is designed to maximize usable deck space for a boat of this length. Like the Sport range's flagship, the 35 Sport features three distinct social hubs - one at the bow, the helm itself, and the aft cockpit.
A double-stepped hull delivers strong performance and efficiency, backed by twin Mercury Verado V8 300HP outboards as standard, with twin Mercury Verado V10 400HP available as well. This enables a top speed of 39-45 knots (45-52 mph), while cruising comfortably between 25-34 knots (29-40 mph).
Due to its carefully designed catamaran hull, the 35 Sport benefits from reduced drag and better stability, while its shallow draft makes access to beach anchorages and coastal waterways possible.
The forward bow seating comfortably fits four, with convenient storage worked into the space throughout. The aft of the 35 Sport centers on a U-shaped seating area with an adjustable backrest that transforms the space into a sun lounger. The seating moves side to side at the touch of a button, widening the walkway and allowing easier moving around the boat. The aft is also fitted with a wet bar, sink, storage, a Corian-topped galley block, and a Fusion Signature Series audio system running six speakers.
The helm is designed to include the captain in the 35 Sport's emphasis on socialization, with four seats with flip-down bolster cushions, armrests, and adjustable positions. The dashboard is set low for increased visibility and accessibility, while protection from the elements under way is provided through thoughtful design.
Below deck, the cabin sleeps two in a queen berth with a memory foam mattress, accessed through a lockable sliding door. A private head with a shower and an optional lithium battery package for off-grid climate control give the 35 Sport extra comfort for weekend cruising.
Other standout details include a concealed stainless steel swim ladder, stainless steel side gates, and a freshwater pull-out shower at the transom. A C-Zone digital switching system monitors and controls DC power throughout, while the fiberglass hardtop is engineered for optional roof racks to carry SUPs, bicycles and kayaks overhead. An optional Makefast shade system extends shade coverage.
