Ancasta International Boat Sales has strengthened its European presence with the opening of new offices in The Netherlands and Montenegro, reinforcing the company's long-term commitment to supporting yacht owners, buyers and sellers across Europe's important boating regions.
The two new offices take Ancasta's European network to ten locations, building on its established operations in France and Spain, including three offices across the Balearic Islands. Together, they extend the company's reach into two strategically important geographic areas, bringing Ancasta closer to both the thriving Northern European boating community and the rapidly growing Adriatic market.
The new Amsterdam office will be led by experienced yacht broker Sunny de Haan, who brings more than 13 years of brokerage experience in the Dutch market, including the past nine years specialising in luxury motor yachts. Initially, the office will focus on brokerage services for premium sailing yachts and power boats, combining local market knowledge with the strength of Ancasta's international network.
Meanwhile, the new Montenegro office will be headed by multilingual yacht broker Dragan Jolic, whose knowledge of the Adriatic market and regional boating community will provide clients with expert local guidance throughout Montenegro, Croatia and the wider Adriatic, supported by the reach and resources of the Ancasta Group.
Matthew Shave, CEO of Ancasta Group, says: "Europe represents a significant opportunity for Ancasta's continued growth. Modern yacht ownership is increasingly international, with many of our clients cruising, buying and selling yachts across multiple European destinations. Expanding into The Netherlands and Montenegro allows us to be much closer to those clients, providing expert local support wherever they choose to enjoy their boat.
"These new offices strengthen our ability to represent some of the world's leading yacht brands while further enhancing our brokerage offering across Europe. Whether a client is buying their first yacht, upgrading to a new model or selling their current boat, they can now access the same trusted Ancasta expertise through an even larger European network."
Sunny de Haan comments: "I'm delighted to be joining Ancasta at such a pivotal time for the business. The company has an outstanding reputation, an exceptional portfolio of brands and a genuine commitment to customer service. There is a strong boating community in The Netherlands and I'm looking forward to establishing Ancasta's presence here while helping clients navigate every stage of yacht ownership."
Dragan Jolic adds: "Joining Ancasta is a fantastic opportunity and I'm incredibly proud to be part of the team.
"The Adriatic region continues to attract sailors and motor yacht owners from across Europe, and I'm looking forward to building strong relationships with clients, marinas and marine businesses throughout the region.
"I'd like to thank the Ancasta team for the warm welcome and the confidence they have placed in me. I'm excited to contribute to the company's continued success and to further strengthen Ancasta's presence across the Adriatic."
The opening of the two new offices comes ahead of Ancasta's debut at HISWA te Water in Bataviahaven, Lelystad from 2-6 September, before the company heads to the Cannes Yachting Festival (8-13 September), where it will showcase one of the industry's broadest portfolios of premium sailing boats, motor yachts and multihulls, including Beneteau Sail and Power, Lagoon Catamarans, Prestige Motor Yachts, Contest Yachts, Bluegame and Sanlorenzo.
The Amsterdam and Montenegro offices form part of Ancasta's long-term strategy to develop a stronger network of company-owned offices and franchise partners across Europe's principal boating destinations, ensuring customers benefit from consistent sales, brokerage and aftersales support wherever they are. With the addition of these two new offices, Ancasta now has 24 sales outlets across the UK and Europe.
Shave concludes: "This is another important milestone in Ancasta's long-term European strategy. We're continuing to explore opportunities in a number of key Mediterranean markets, including Greece, Turkey, Portugal and Italy, and we're keen to hear from experienced marine professionals and prospective franchise partners who share our passion for exceptional customer service."
