Taking place in Torquay over the weekend of May 16th -17th is the Fireball Pre Worlds Open meeting, all part of the build up to the UK Nationals and Worlds in July. This is a great opportunity to race in Tor Bay and get to know the sailing waters, the harbour and the club.
The club who last hosted the World Championship in 1973 are really excited to be staging a trio of Fireball sailing events in 2026. They are working hard to ensure the success of these events, with entries are growing and three continents and eight countries already represented the Worlds are already shaping up to be something special.
Torquay offers such a spectacular venue with racing taking place on some of the finest sailing waters in the world. The club and car park are both close to the sheltered harbour which offers quick and easy access to the race areas.
