Tankoa Yachts has finalized the sale of a new 72-meter full custom superyacht, the T720 Fenice, to an American client introduced by owner's representative Matt Von Bishop and TWW Yachts' Jean-Claude Carme. The transaction represents a further step in the shipyard's growing engagement with the US market and underscores its ability to deliver highly tailored projects in the 70+ meter segment.

The T720 Fenice is a fully custom-built yacht, developed around the Owner's vision from the earliest stages. Exterior design is by Enrico Gobbi's Team for Design, marking the first Tankoa project sold in collaboration with the studio, while interiors are entrusted to Giorgio Cassetta.

With a length of 72 meters (236-foot), the yacht will become the second flagship in Tankoa's fleet upon delivery in 2030, alongside Casino Royale (previously SOLO), currently on display at the Palm Beach International Boat Show. The project reinforces the shipyard's capability to execute complex, large-scale custom builds.

Claudio Corvino, Sales & Business Development Manager at Tankoa Yachts, commented: "The development of this yacht was achieved through incredible and outstanding teamwork that led to the Fenice T720; which is indeed a full custom 72 meter. The project sprang from our T680 Fenice project, but it developed into something even more sophisticated with subtle details throughout. Thanks to the Owner and his team who have been very much involved with the development of the project from day one and with very clear ideas."

The T720 Fenice reflects Tankoa's continued focus on full custom development, working closely with owners and leading international designers to meet increasingly specific demands from a global clientele.
