The Australian Superyacht, Marine Export and Commercial Marine Conference (ASMEX) will return on 19 - 20 May 2026, bringing the Australian marine industry together on the Gold Coast for two days of industry connection, insight and celebration.

Held at The Langham Gold Coast, ASMEX will return in a refined format, featuring a half-day speaker program that will cater for all marine sectors. It includes the Australian Marine Industry Awards Gala Dinner, where the outstanding achievements, projects and innovations in Australia's marine sector will be recognised. Followed by a full day facilities tour all included in the reduced price of $350+GST for members and $399+GST for non-members.

Tuesday 19 May will feature a half-day speaker program, including an economic update from Bank of Queensland Chief Economist Peter Munckton. David Good will present the annual 2025 superyacht visitation data, offering insights into the state of Australia's superyacht industry. Kristina Agustin of Southern Sky AI will discuss ways of harnessing the power of AI. The program will also include additional sessions focused on key business topics, marketing and business development, all specific in their application within the marine industry.

Following the speaker presentations, delegates will come together for the Australian Marine Industry Awards Gala Dinner, an evening dedicated to recognising excellence across the industry, celebrating leading businesses and individuals, and providing a relaxed and enjoyable opportunity to reconnect with peers and continue conversations from the day.

On Wednesday 20 May, delegates will take part in a South-East Queensland Facilities Tour, providing exclusive access to leading marine businesses and facilities while strengthening connections across the sector.

Registrations for the event are now available. Member rates are $350+GST and non-members are $399+GST. Registration includes access to the full ASMEX program, including the speaker sessions, the Australian Marine Industry Awards Gala Dinner and the SEQ Facilities Tour.

ASMEX continues to provide an important platform for industry collaboration, showcasing Australia's marine capability and supporting growth across the superyacht, marine export and commercial marine industries.

AIMEX would like to extend our gratitude to our loyal Major Partners for their support of the 15th edition of ASMEX, including Queensland Government, Invest Gold Coast and Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
