Bennington, North America's leading manufacturer of luxury pontoon boats, announced that it has again been recognized for a National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. The award, presented for exceptional customer satisfaction through the year, was announced on Thursday, Feb. 12 during the Innovation Awards Breakfast at the 2026 Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show.

"The customer experience remains the number one focus across the teams at Bennington and we're proud of the experiences we've created to match the superior quality of the pontoons we build," said Michael Shedivy, general manager, Bennington Marine. "We're grateful to have earned consecutive CSI Awards all 24 years of the program's existence. Being honored by the NMMA again is not only a testament to all of our team's hard work, but also the loyalty of our customers around the world."

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine between Jan. 1, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2025.
