The committee moved the start time for the 29ers forward to 9:30 a.m., marking the beginning of the day's first race. The scheduled programme for the ILCA 4s remained unchanged; however, shortly after leaving the harbour entrance, part of the 29er fleet was forced to return to shore.

The warning signal will be brought forward to 9.30am on Saturday for the 29er and ILCA 4 classes, although strong winds are forecast.

The second day of the Olympic Week Comunitat Valenciana Youth, held at the Real Club Náutico de Valencia, was marked by heavy winds on the Valencian coast, forcing the cancellation of all scheduled races.

Today, the ILCA 4 class joined the competition, while the 29er fleet, as part of the Eurocup 29er, faced its second race. The fleet set sail for the regatta area at around 9:00 am, but upon reaching the mouth of the port, the committee decided to suspend the day's racing, hoisting the Intelligence signal on "H". Given these conditions, all boats returned to shore.

The committee had hoped for an improvement in conditions, but instead they continued to worsen. With heavy rain and winds exceeding 30 knots, it was decided to hoist intelligence on 'A' after 2:00 p.m.

The committee's objective is to maintain the programme modification, bringing forward the start to 9:30 for the 29er and ILCA 4 fleets, weather permitting. The forecast for this Saturday is complicated, so the committee is analysing the situation minute by minute to ensure both safety and the proper conduct of the races.
