Suntex Marina Investors LLC (Suntex), in partnership with Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and its affiliates, the nation's premier owner and operator of recreational marina properties, announced the acquisition of Two Georges Marina in Shalimar, Florida. The property will now operate under the new name Shalimar Harbor Marina, a nod to its roots as the former Shalimar Yacht Basin and a tribute to the Town of Shalimar where it has long served the local boating community. This acquisition brings Shalimar Harbor Marina into the Suntex network as the second Emerald Coast property alongside Legendary Marina in Destin, Florida.

The acquisition adds 134 wet slips and 190 dry rack storage spaces to the Suntex network, offering boaters a full-service marina experience in one of the most desirable boating destinations in the Florida Panhandle. Located just one mile from the Intracoastal Waterway and minutes from Destin Pass, Shalimar Harbor Marina provides quick access to world-class fishing, cruising, and water sports. Boaters can take advantage of a fuel dock, a ship store, as well as on-site marine services.

"Shalimar Harbor Marina is a perfect fit for the Suntex family," said Sam Chavers, Senior Vice President Operations - Suntex Marinas. "With both covered and uncovered wet slips, along with protected dry storage, the marina offers versatile options for our customers. Its prime location and amenities align with our mission to deliver the best boating experiences in the most sought-after destinations."

The exceptional maritime service and hospitality that define Two Georges Marina will continue, with George and Amanda Fussell operating an independent sales and service business at the marina under the Two Georges Marine name. Two Georges Marine will continue to provide boatyard haul-out services, maintenance and repairs, repowers, and retail boat sales, representing leading brands including Caymas, Contender, C-Hawk, Mitzi Skiffs, and Ranger Boats.

"We are proud to grow alongside Suntex through a collaborative, long-term partnership," said George Fussell Jr. "We are excited to continue serving our local community through Two Georges Marine and to provide the same five-star, family-run hospitality our customers have come to know and love."

"Expanding Suntex's renowned hospitality and service standards along the Emerald Coast is an exciting next chapter," said Tommy Hearden, Investment Manager at Suntex Marinas. "We look forward to welcoming boaters and setting a new benchmark for experiences on and off the water."
