Northampton-based P&B is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated apprentice to join its growing business.
This position offers the opportunity to develop multiple skills across sail making, customer service, and business operations.
A Varied and Practical Role
No two days are the same. You'll be involved in sail making, producing covers, mail order fulfilment, customer service, and general administration. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with your hands whilst using strong communication skills when dealing with customers and the wider team.
The position requires a good eye for detail to maintain the high quality P&B is known for. You'll learn multiple skills within the business, gaining experience across different areas of the operation.
What P&B Needs
An enthusiastic and reliable team player with willingness to learn and develop new skills. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with a minimum of Level 5 achieved in Maths and English GCSE.
The role is full-time and includes a half day on Saturdays.
