MarineMax is pleased to announce several leadership promotions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, reflecting the company's commitment to strong, people-first leadership and operational excellence.

Nick Schwidder has been promoted to General Manager of MarineMax Danvers. Nick began his career in the marine industry as a high school dockhand and has held multiple roles across operations, service, and parts, most recently serving as Regional Service & Parts Manager for New England. A Montana State University graduate, Nick joined MarineMax in 2017 and has dedicated his career to developing people and strengthening processes. As General Manager, he will continue driving the Danvers location's success in both customer experience and performance.

Justin Brisson is promoted to General Manager of MarineMax Norwalk. Since joining MarineMax two years ago from Bass Pro Shops, Justin has led Westbrook, CT, and Wakefield, RI, to consistent revenue growth by focusing on team engagement and customer satisfaction. Known for his collaborative leadership style and data-driven decision-making, Justin is well-positioned to guide the larger Norwalk location and continue its momentum.

Ron Baker assumes the dual role of General Manager of MarineMax Boston and Area Manager overseeing the Boston and Danvers markets. Ron joined MarineMax Danvers in early 2025 and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across RV, automotive, and retail industries, including roles as COO of the RV division for Kunes Auto and RV Group and multiple senior positions with Camping World. His strategic mindset and people-first leadership will strengthen operations across the region.

Doug Larsen has been promoted to Area Manager for MarineMax Brick, Brant Beach, and Somers Point, while continuing as General Manager of MarineMax Brick. Doug joined MarineMax during Covid and quickly applied his strong leadership and passion for boating to drive results. Under his guidance, the Brick location achieved record revenue and high customer satisfaction scores. A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army officer, Doug's disciplined, mission-focused approach continues to shape his teams' success.

MarineMax congratulates Nick, Justin, Ron, and Doug on their well-deserved promotions. Their leadership and dedication will continue to strengthen MarineMax's operations and deliver exceptional experiences for customers across the region.
