Steering into 2026, The Boat Works unveils 'Pier 25', taking the premier marine destination to the next level.

A multi-storey, architect-designed building at the entry of The Boat Works, Pier 25 will feature premium marine showrooms and multi-level marine office space to provide even more opportunities for marine professionals to dock within one of the Southern Hemisphere's busiest and most dynamic marine hubs.

The Boat Works is currently home to over 100 individual marine businesses, many of which have established their national headquarters at the facility, making it a multi-faceted "ecosystem" for the region's thriving marine manufacturing, sales and service providers and a magnet for Captains and Crew and boat owners.

"Reinvesting in The Boat Works has always been about strengthening the marine industry," says Tony Longhurst, owner of The Boat Works. "Pier 25 represents our commitment to growth and innovation, creating premium spaces for marine businesses to thrive while enhancing the experience for boat owners and visitors alike. This is just the next step to continue to enhance The Boat Works as Australia's if not the Southern Hemispheres ultimate marine destination."

Construction will commence mid-2026 and completion is anticipated by the end of the year.

As The Boat Works continues to grow and evolve, it remains a beacon for excellence in the Australian yachting industry, bringing together the world's leading marine businesses and brands in one convenient and accessible location. Truly Australia's premier marine destination.
