The 2025 EurILCA Europa Cup HUN in Balatonfüred featured a record-breaking 177 competitors from 16 countries, including Olympians and top sailors.

The ILCA 4 class saw the largest fleet, with 84 boats, while the ILCA 6 class featured international athletes, including Olympians Nethra Kumanan (India), Ameena Shah (Kuwait), and Ines Gmati (Tunisia).

Despite a no-wind Day 1, the second day brought two valid races under unstable conditions, with tough shifts and restarts for the ILCA 4 and ILCA 6 fleets. Onshore, participants enjoyed social activities, including table football and a communal dinner.

Day 3 saw no wind again, leading to the cancellation of races. The event concluded with a prize-giving ceremony, celebrating the winners in all classes and categories. Special thanks to the Balatonfüredi Yacht Club and all sponsors for making this memorable event possible.
