North Sails Auckland team has relocated and expanded into three new sites, each tailored to deliver specialized service and support to the sailing community.
This expansion reflects North’s commitment to innovation and collaboration, with the crew now operating from dedicated spaces for Sales & Design, Sail Care & Repair, and One Design.
According to General Manager Richard “Bicky” Bicknell, the group is energized by the change and welcoming new sailors. “The transition has gone smoothly, and the team is already thriving in their new spaces. We’re excited about what this means for our customers and the future of North Sails in Auckland.”

Our Sales and Design team is now based in a bright, modern office shared with Southern Spars. The new setup is already proving to be a win, allowing closer collaboration with our sister company and better integration of the engine above the deck. Located just minutes from our Sail Care & Repair loft, this area is quickly becoming a hub for marine professionals, with several industry leaders nearby.

Our highly skilled team of sail care experts now have a new home. The North Sails Rosebank Road facility is fully equipped to handle all your sail maintenance and repair needs, offering improved workflows and the same great service you are used to.
One Design: 217 Archers Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland 0629
Our One Design specialists continue to operate from Archers Road, supporting the racing community with precision and expertise.
While the Archers Road address previously housed our main service loft, it’s important to note that North Sails service operations have simply moved to better serve our customers.
The relocation is complete, and the North Sails Auckland team is now operating from three purpose-built sites designed to optimize workflow and collaboration. In addition to the Auckland sites, North Sails Bay of Islands continues to serve as a vital hub for sailors in northern NZ, offering convenient access to expert service and support from its location in the Bay of Islands Marina.
With enhanced capabilities across Sales, Service, and One Design, North Sails New Zealand is well-positioned to continue to deliver the precision, efficiency, and expert support that sailors rely on.
