Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (DOSC), one of the Middle East's most established and internationally recognised Sailing Clubs, is inviting applications for the role of Chief RYA Cruising Instructor, Racing and Events Manager, and RYA Cruising Instructor.

With over 50 years of heritage and a membership representing more than 40 nationalities, DOSC is a leading hub for competitive sailing in the region. Renowned for its highly competitive racing calendar, prestigious international regattas, and globally recognised youth development programmes, the Club is seeking experienced professionals to further enhance its racing pathways and deliver exceptional events for its members and the wider sailing community.

The Racing and Events Manager

The Racing and Events Manager will drive DOSC's world-class racing programme, inspiring the next generation of sailors and delivering unforgettable regattas and club events. This exciting role combines high-performance coaching pathways, hands-on event management, and leadership of the racing department to ensure DOSC remains at the forefront of sailing in the region.

Chief RYA Cruising Instructor

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Chief RYA Cruising Instructor to lead our Cruising Centre. The successful candidate will oversee all RYA practical and shore-based cruising courses, ensuring the highest standards of safety, instruction, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational oversight, staff development, and strategic input to continuously enhance the training experience at DOSC.

RYA Cruising Instructor

A role for a highly skilled and motivated RYA Cruising Instructor at Dubai Offshore Sailing Club. This role is key to delivering exceptional training, mentoring students, ensuring compliance with RYA standards and supporting the smooth operation of our cruising programme.

The successful candidate will be passionate about sailing education, committed to maintaining the highest safety standards, and actively engaged in supporting the club's mission of providing world-class sailing experiences.
