The Whittley Boating Centre Perth, Western Australia's home of trailer boats, is set to release a six-strong new series of pressed and plate aluminium boats alongside the new Whittley Repower Division at this year's Perth Boat Show. This year's event is held from Friday, the 18th, to Sunday, the 21st of September, at the Perth Exhibition Centre. Fantastic boat show deals accompany it on all Whittley Boats and Honda repower engine packages.

Whittley Boating Centre Perth Sales Manager, Brock Cohen, had this to say about the new developments unveiled at this year's show. "We're thrilled to announce that the Whittley Boating Centre Perth will pull the covers off six all-new Whittley AL Series models, alongside the launch of our brand-new Honda Repower Division in Western Australia at this year's show. We're also proud to showcase to the Western Australian public two new, cutting-edge Honda outboard engines for the first time. There is a lot of excitement building around the Whittley brand now as we continue our expansion plans."

The Whittley Boating Centre Perth, operates from the northern Perth suburb of Wangara. The dealership has the largest display of new fibreglass and alloy boat packages north of the river. The boating centre is an authorised Honda Marine dealer and sells the full range of Whittley aluminium and fibreglass trailer boats, as well as boating accessories, and has been established since 1953.

The new range of Whittley AL series boats, made in Australia, consists of six models that span popular configurations: bowrider, side console, tiller steer open boats, centre console, and runabout. Drawing on the Whittley Family's long-standing expertise in trailerable boats, the new AL series offers consumers smaller models that are a more compact and affordable alternative to the traditional Whittley FG (fibreglass) range, attracting a new generation of buyers to the brand and Whittley Boating Centre throughout WA.

Mr. Cohen continued, "Since the AL series has been rolled out and stocked nationwide at Whittley Boating Centres, the response from the public has far exceeded our expectations. Presenting the new range of alloy boats under lights at the Perth Boat Show will be a fantastic boost as momentum builds around this latest addition to the Whittley brand. All new Whittley AL series packages will feature exclusive three-day-only launch boat show deals. Now is the time to secure your new alloy boat build for summer."

The Whittley Boating Centre Perth will also unveil the new Honda Repower Division, a part of the national rollout of the Honda brand through the Whittley Marine Group. The new Repower Division is part of the continued strategic plan set out by the Whittley Marine Group to continue to strengthen its position as the country's leading national trailer boat builder, service, boating accessories and repower supplier. Customers across Western Australia can now access Honda repower engines from the Whittley Boating Centre Perth.

"Nationally, the Honda Marine repower rollout has been progressing steadily. Consumers are noticing the benefits of Honda ownership as the Whittley Marine Group offers the Honda products for both repower installations and servicing. With the launch of new Honda Marine engines, it is an exciting time to be associated with the brand, as consumers associate the ultimate reliability on the water with the Honda brand. Thinking of an engine repower? Think Whittley and the Honda Repower Division." Mr. Cohen said.

In addition to the new products on display, the Whittley Boating Centre stand will also feature a strong range of Whittley fibreglass boats with fantastic weekend-long boat show deals available on display boat packages and new builds for a pre-summer delivery. Whittley's range of fibreglass boats is the number one-selling fibreglass trailer boat brand in Western Australia.

Mr. Cohen added, "On this year's stand, Whittley Boats will showcase a premium selection of high-quality fibreglass boats powered by the latest generation of Honda Outboards. The family cruiser and sports fishing hybrid boat packages for which Whittley is traditionally known will feature exclusive boat show deals throughout the show period. The Whittley sales team are excited to discuss with you your family's boating needs and the Whittley product at this year's show."

Fresh from the Japanese production facilities of Honda Marine, the Whittley Boating Centre will display, for the first time in Western Australia, the new Honda BF 150 and V6 250 engine models. These new engines feature Honda's unique BLAST, VTEC, and ECOMO technologies, as well as a seven-year domestic warranty. These latest model engines build on the reliability that comes with the Honda name on the water.

"It is exciting to see the new Honda Marine engine model range released, introducing a new generation of Honda engines to the marine market, as the first company in the world to produce a four-stroke outboard and the largest engine builder globally. Honda has consistently been at the cutting edge of four strong technologies. With these new models, Honda continues to set a new standard in marine propulsion," Mr. Cohen said.

The Whittley Boating Centre stand at the 2025 Perth Boat Show is #606 & #609. The Perth Boat Show runs from the 19-21st of September at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre and is the premier trailer boat show in Western Australia.
