GL52 Little Traverse Cup 2025 - Overall

Thanks to expert timing by the GL52 Race Committee, one final race was completed ahead of a dying breeze on Day 3 at the GL52 Little Traverse Cup 2025.

To continue their winning weekend, Bob & Laura Hughes' HEARTBREAKER (1,4,2,2,5,1,1) led the fleet around the course and crossed the finish line first to claim the regatta win with 16 points. Peter Askew's WIZARD (2,3,5,3,1,6,2) placed second in the race and third for the regatta; John Huhn's KATANA (3,2,4,5,2,2,3) placed third in Race 7 to take the second podium spot for the LTC with 21 points.

The first six of the seven events that comprise the GL52 Great Lakes Series 2025 are now in the books. The results below show the top three LTC finishers in the top three spots for the season. John Huhn's KATANA (1,2,6,1,2) has been strong at the inshore events and holds first place with 12 points. Adding the LTC win to their stellar offshore results Robert & Laura Hughes HEARTBREAKER (4,1,1,6,1) moved into second place with 13 points. Peter Askew's WIZARD (2,4,4,2,3) is in third place overall with 15 points. The competition will be fierce at the GL52 Macatawa Challenge 2025 (Oct 3-5) where GL52 GL Series champions will be decided!
