RS Feva: New Zealand wins World womens title in France

New Zealand has won two world sailing titles in the space of three days.

Over the weekend in Aix-les-Bains, France, New Zealand's Zofia Wells and Charlotte Handley won the RS Feva Womens World championship, and finished second overall in the Open event. The next Youth U-17 Womens sailor finished 10th in the Open event. 168 crews contested the event.

ILCA6 Youth Worlds

Chloe Turner was the top Womens U-17 sailor claimed the ILCA 6 under-17 world title at the ILCA Youth Womens World Championships sailed from the Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club, Los Angeles. Four events were sailed for Open and Youth in both Male and Female categories. Turner finished 13th in the 41-boat Youth Womens fleet.

Tom Pilkington was the best performed in the Mens Youth placing 37th overall in the 70 boat fleet.
