After all racing was abandoned on Saturday, the GL52 fleet was eager to get back to the racecourse to settle the scores at the 2025 Ugotta Regatta, hosted by the Little Traverse Yacht Club.
After 3 windward-leward races on Friday, John Huhn's KATANA came to the starting line at the top of the leaderboard with 6 points. With a third place finish on Sunday, KATANA defended their position and topped the Ugotta Regatta podium with 9 points total.
Peter Askew's WIZARD team took second place with 11 points and Doug DeVos' WINDQUEST locked in third place with 13 points. Next up for the GL52 fleet is the Little Traverse Cup scheduled for August 14-16, 2025.
