The National Marine Representatives Association (NMRA) has awarded 3 scholarships of $1,000 each to students pursuing education in the marine trades beginning this fall.

NMRA has actively contributed to the future of the marine industry by awarding marine trades education scholarships annually since 2008.

The 2025 recipients of $1,000 NMRA scholarships are: Patrick Verhaeghe, attending the Marine Trades Institute (formerly the Great Lakes Boat Building School); Tyler Stepahiak, also attending the Marine Trades Institute; and Satya Advani, attending the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding.
