Lazzara Yachts (a part of Euro Marine Group) is proud to confirm the sale of its Lazzara EX 165, Lazzara's largest yacht to date.

At just under 50 meters (165 feet) and 500 gross tons, this expedition superyacht is poised to redefine standards in long-range cruising, safety, luxury, and design innovation.

Constructed with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, the Lazzara EX 165 balances strength, durability, and refined aesthetics. She is designed to accommodate 12 guests in 6 luxurious staterooms, with accommodations for a professional crew of 11, including the captain. Built to comply with Red Ensign Group (REG) Large Yacht Code standards and Lloyd's commercial classification for unrestricted navigation, the Lazzara EX 165 ensures the highest levels of safety, structural integrity, and operational reliability.

A collaborative success

The sale was completed in partnership with Mortlock Yachts, whose Founder and Director, Tristan Mortlock introduced the buyer to Lazzara Yachts and represented the client throughout the acquisition process. This successful partnership emphasizes the critical role of industry expertise and established professional relationships in securing contracts for such complex new-build yacht projects. Mortlock Yachts will continue to represent the client's interests throughout the build and will manage the yacht's charter operations upon delivery.

Building the next generation of expedition yachts

Designed for global cruising, the Lazzara EX 165 will feature expansive interior volumes and custom design options to suit the unique lifestyle of its owner. At a time when demand for expedition yachts is on the rise, the Lazzara EX 165 meets the market's call for range, autonomy, and resilience without compromising appearance. Backed by Lazzara's reputation for innovation and precision engineering, it delivers not only luxury, but dependable performance and confidence for those seeking true adventure at sea. "The Lazzara EX 165 represents a new benchmark in expedition yacht engineering, expanding our range with enhanced capabilities for extended offshore cruising," said George Chirakadze, CEO of Lazzara Yachts.

A new era for Lazzara Yachts

Scheduled to begin construction in early 2026, the Lazzara EX 165 represents a significant milestone for Lazzara Yachts. This announcement follows closely on the heels of the recent sale of another industry-disrupting model, the Lazzara UHV 150, further solidifying Lazzara Yachts' position as a serious contender in the superyacht segment. These back-to-back achievements highlight Lazzara's commitment to delivering uncompromising quality and innovation not only in what the eye can see, but also in the engineering that lies beneath the surface.
