Rooster Sailing Ltd is proud to announce the continuation and expansion of several key partnerships for the 2025 season, along with the addition of a new collaboration with one of the UK's most iconic sailing clubs.
These partnerships reflect Rooster's continued commitment to supporting classes and clubs that promote participation, performance, and progression in sailing at all levels.
New and Continued Partnerships for 2025:
- USODA National and Development Teams
Rooster is proud to continue and expand its support of the United States Optimist Dinghy Association's National and Development Teams. As the foundational class for young sailors in the US, the Optimist class plays a critical role in athlete development. Rooster's technical kit is trusted by these sailors to perform in all conditions, whether at domestic training camps or international competitions.
- AUDO Uruguayan Optimist National Team
We are proud to partner with the Asociación Uruguaya de Optimist (AUDO) in support of the Uruguayan Optimist National Team for 2025. We admire the work AUDO is doing to grow the Optimist class in Uruguay, and we're excited to support the next generation of sailors with the high-performance gear they need to train and race with confidence.
- EU EURILCA Solidarity Programme
Rooster is proud to continue its support of the EU EURILCA Solidarity Programme, an initiative that helps young sailors from emerging nations across Europe access international ILCA competition.
- RS Tera UK Class
Our continued partnership with the RS Tera UK Class reflects a shared commitment to supporting young sailors at the start of their racing journey. The class offers an ideal environment for learning and development, and we're excited to see the next wave of talent taking to the water in 2025.
- RS Feva UK Class
The RS Feva UK Class continues to thrive as one of the most popular doublehanded youth fleets in the country. Known for its welcoming community and dynamic racing scene, the class offers an ideal mix of fun and competition - and we're glad to be involved in its ongoing success.
- ITCA UK
Rooster's roots with the Topper class run deep, and we are thrilled to continue our support for ITCA UK in 2025. The Topper remains one of the most accessible and important junior classes in the UK, fostering confident and capable sailors in their formative years.
- ILCA UK
Our partnership with the UK ILCA (Laser) class continues into 2025, reinforcing our long-standing relationship with one of the world's most popular single-handed dinghy classes. With fleets ranging from youth to masters, the ILCA class embodies inclusivity, competitiveness, and accessibility - values we share at Rooster.
- RS Aero UK Class
With its growing presence and appeal across age groups, the RS Aero UK Class represents the evolution of single-handed dinghy racing. As the fleet continues to push boundaries in performance and participation, we're looking forward to supporting its momentum throughout the 2025 season.
- J-70 UK
Now entering its third year, Rooster's partnership with the UK J-70 Class continues to grow. The J-70 offers fast-paced, one-design keelboat racing at a high level, with events attracting elite talent from around the world. We're proud to provide kit and support for this vibrant and professional fleet.
- RS Class Association
Our continued partnership with the RS Class Association supports multiple RS classes across the UK as they race at iconic venues through the RS National Tour. The RS community is known for its energy, inclusivity, and commitment to both racing and fun - perfectly aligned with Rooster's values.
- GBR Blind Sailing
Continuing our support of this brilliant organisation, which opens up competitive sailing to blind and visually impaired sailors. Their work is a powerful reminder that sailing can - and should - be for everyone.
- Deaf Sailing UK (DSUK)
We're excited to welcome Deaf Sailing UK to our partner community. Their work to create more inclusive opportunities and raise awareness for deaf sailors aligns with our belief that everyone deserves the chance to thrive on the water.
- Wetwheels Hamble
We're proud to support Wetwheels Hamble, a charity delivering fully accessible powerboating experiences for disabled people, helping more individuals enjoy time on the water.
- GBSUP
New for 2025, Rooster is thrilled to become the official kit partner of GBSUP, the national organisation driving the growth of stand-up paddleboarding in the UK. From elite racing to grassroots paddling, this exciting partnership marks Rooster's expansion into the paddle sport community, with gear designed to perform on the water in all conditions.
- Magenta Foiling Team
Also new for 2025, Rooster is proud to support the Magenta Foiling Team - a pioneering initiative dedicated to increasing female representation in high-performance and foiling sailing around the world. Through coaching, mentoring, and competitive campaigns, the team is empowering the next generation of female athletes to step into fast-paced roles on the water.
- Hayling Island Sailing Club, UK
We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Hayling Island Sailing Club, one of the UK's premier sailing venues. Known for its top-class facilities and commitment to hosting high-profile events, HISC is a hub for both grassroots and elite competition. Rooster looks forward to working with the club and its vibrant membership throughout the season.
- Royal Nova Scotia Sailing Club, Canada
As one of Canada's most historic and respected sailing institutions, the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron plays a key role in fostering talent and hosting top-tier racing. We're pleased to support their vibrant sailing community and look forward to being part of their 2025 season on Halifax's iconic waterfront.
"These class and club partnerships are the heartbeat of Rooster's approach to supporting the watersports community," said Luke Morrison, CEO at Rooster. "Whether we're kitting out a National team or backing the growth of club racing, we're proud to provide the gear that helps sailors push their limits and enjoy the sport to the fullest."
