Foiling Awards: Voting now open

Public voting is open until April 30 at foilingawards-halloffame.org, where fans and professionals can vote for their favorites across 14 categories. The 92 nominees of the eighth edition were selected for outstanding achievements in sport, innovation, and industry between April 2024 and March 2025.

Awards Ceremony - May 20, Genova

Winners will be revealed at a gala dinner show on May 20 at Palazzo della Borsa, Genova. The event will gather award recipients, members of The Foiling Organization, World Foiling Congress 2025 delegates, industry leaders, and accredited international Media.

A key moment will be the Forlanini Award, honoring the overall winner, selected by a jury of past recipients and industry experts. Named after Italian foiling pioneer Enrico Forlanini, it celebrates the year's most impactful achievement.

World Foiling Congress 2025 - The Future Of Commercial Foiling

Earlier that same day, The Foiling Organization will host the second edition of the World Foiling Congress, focused on the future of commercial foiling. Key topics include passenger transport, search and rescue operations, port patrol, pilot services and Naval operations.

The event is supported by Confindustria Nautica, the European Boating Industry (EBI), and ICOMIA, of which The Foiling Organization is a Sustaining Member.
