A thrilling final of Tenzor International Cup J/70 Winter Series is coming

The 5th and final stage of Tenzor International Cup - J/70 Open Winter Series 2024-2025 will take place from April 10th to 13th in Bodrum, marking the exciting conclusion of the winter J/70 sailing season. In parallel, this regatta will give a start of Türkiye Tour 2025 Series.

The fleet continues to grow with 21 teams registered which is prooving that J/70 is in high demand. Aspat Bay with its challenging wind conditions and several race areas will make the upcoming regatta very interesting and thrilling.

Tenzor Team and Bogatyrs will start as favorites, fighting for the overall win with only 4 points gap from each other. Dolce Vita and Gaswar will try to score for top-3 of the Series. Double V Sailing Team and Hubex are intending to reach their best position while the newcomers PTICHKI Sailing Team skippered by Elvira Pinchuk and Sunflower team of Victor Fogelson will racing mostly for new experience. Teenage led by Pavel Grachev and Bars Sailing Team of Maksim Batrakov will do their second regatta within the Series.

Turkish sailors will be competing within 10 teams. Among the strongest there are Ameera Jet, Eker, Nautique Yachting, Cheese Sailing and Happyhour JR. Happyhour JR team skippered by Erman Ayvaz participated last season in J/70 World and European championship and now is focused on building consistency and climbing the leaderboard in the upcoming event.

More and more sailing teams are entering in Corinthian division. 7 boats are expected in this division with several new and very strong participants, like young and talented athlets from MYSK-Gelnar Sailing team helmed by Batu Ozonur from Marmara Sailing Club and HSSK-Quick Sigorta led by Saruhan Cinay.

Orient Express as a current leader of Corinthian is keeping competition tight in advance of two closest rivals – O1 Properties and Ayaz. Ada JR led by Alp Doguoglu jumped up in standings last stage and has a good chance to be in top-3 of overall.
