Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Production planning & management
- Quality assurance & ISO9001
- Oversee health & safety compliance
- Procurement
- International shipping paperwork

Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales by visiting new & existing accounts
- Give technical advice to trade & retail customers over the phone
- Laise with our UK sales team "Sail Force"
- Be the key contact for our World Wide Distributors, Input Orders & generate quotes on our computer system
- Work alongside our marketing team to manage various aspects of the business, from our web shop, show & event presentations, product presentation etc.

Marketing & Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Create content & share on all of our social media platforms, Instagram, facebook & LinkedIn
- Oversee our 3 shopify web shops and be responsible for having new banners/ads created
- Answer calls from retail & trade customers
- Input trade orders onto our system
- Work alongside our operations manager to book international shipments
- Manage the production of our new catalogue
- Manage the creation of product packaging
- Work alongside sales to book and create our stands for trade & retail exhibitions
