Registration is now open for "Le Vele Classiche di Puccini", the only gathering for vintage boats to the music of Maestro Giacomo Puccini scheduled for 26-27 April 2025 in Torre del Lago, Tuscany on Lake Massaciuccoli.
The event, now in its second edition, is organized by the Circolo Velico Torre del Lago Puccini of Viareggio. Dinghies, Metre Classes, fixed keel and lateen sail boats, cabin cruisers, fiberglass and historically valuable boats built before 1980, replicas of classic and vintage sails that respect the spirit of tradition can register.
The boats can be hosted free of charge at the moorings of the Club for the duration of the event.
Saturday's sailing includes a circumnavigation of the lake, while Sunday's will take place along a triangular route. Two conferences, a concert, a crew dinner and other activities are planned.
