At the forefront of the event is Bernd Roediger (Hawaii USA), who enters as the #1 men's seed after taking the top position in the World Rolling Wave Rankings for the first time in his career. She's won the Aloha Classic Grand Final twice, secured a victory in Fiji, dominated the Big Wave Awards, and holds the Guinness World Record for biggest wave ever ridden by a woman. The only piece of silverware missing from her cabinet is a World Wave Title.
