There was so much interest in the Melges 15 and the Skeeta at the Dinghy Watersports Show that Melges UK its extending the deadline for its show offers until the 7th of April giving people the chance to take our demo boats for a test sail.

Savings of over £1,200 can be made on a Melges 15 double-handed dinghy, with an on-the-water price of just £13,500. This includes: mainsail, jib and asymmetric spinnaker, foils, over-boom deck cover and trolley.

This performance dinghy is stable and forgiving, built to suit a range of sailing abilities, while still exciting to race.

In addition, Melges is offering its versatile foiling dinghy, the Skeeta for just £11,500. The Skeeta incorporates all-round performance and again, is suitable for all levels of sailor. The offer price of £11,500 enables you to get on the water with an 8.5 rig, foil set, displacement foil tips, body bag, spar bag and trolly - saving over £1,250.

Competition Winner

Congratulations to Chris Brown from Traeth Coch Sailing Club, Anglesey, who won the Melges UK prize draw competition. He won a place at the inaugural Melges 15 European Championships and a boat charter. The event takes place in Dun Laoghaire starting on 10 July and runs alongside Ireland’s largest sailing event, the Volvo Dun Laoghaire regatta.

With an international field, the Europeans promise to be hotly contested, so Chris should be in for an exciting time!

Additional boat charters are available so contact for detail.

Free Demo Day

Melges UK is holding a free demo day in Port Hamble Marina on 29th March for anyone who is interested in trying the boat out. Please get in touch at to find out more or register your interest.
