The countdown has begun for the 2025 sailing season, and entries are now officially open for the 2025 World and European Championships!

After incredible competition in 2024, sailors from around the world are preparing to gather once again for two of the most prestigious events on the sailing calendar.

2025 European Championship - Riva del Garda, Italy

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Riva del Garda, the 2025 European Championship will take place in the first week of July. Following an intense 2024 event in Gdynia, Poland—where Ewa Lewandowska and Krzysztof Królik secured first place, followed by Bartosz Zmudzinski and August Sobczak in second, and Finian Morris and Charlie Gran in third—competitors will be eager to make their mark on the European stage once again.

2025 World Championship - Porto, Portugal

The pinnacle of the season, the 2025 World Championship, will be held in the first week of August in the vibrant city of Porto, Portugal. Last year's Worlds at the Aarhus International Sailing Centre saw fierce battles on the water, culminating in Alex Demurtas and Giovanni Santi claiming the top podium spot, followed by Ewa Lewandowska and Krzysztof Królik in second, and Jocelyn Le Goff and Jules Vidor securing third. However, Ewa Lewandowska, who was awarded World Sailing Young Sailor of the Year, will not be competing this year as she has moved to the 49erFX class. With over 250 entries in 2024, the fleet is expected to grow even larger this year as new teams join the challenge.

The 2025 season promises to be bigger and better than ever. Don't miss your chance to be part of the action—register now and start your journey towards the championships!
