Don't miss your chance to gain recognition as one of the industry's finest by entering the 2025 Marina of the Year Awards. Applications are closing soon!

Coral Sea Marina Resort (CSMR) is a prime example of excellence in the marina industry. In 2023, CSMR won the Community Support award for their Coral Sea Academy (CSA) initiative. The marina has also earned a place in the Hall of Fame for winning the Commercial Marina of the Year Award for 140+ boats in two consecutive years.

Coral Sea Marina is a 5 Gold Anchor Platinum marina located in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef in the Whitsundays. With 520 wet berths, a 77-room boutique resort, and a vibrant array of on-water tourism experiences, CSMR offers guests the perfect gateway to explore the region.

The Coral Sea Academy (CSA) was created to educate on marine conservation and sustainable boating. It has since expanded to include four key pillars: Better Boating, Environment & Sustainability, Health & Wellness, and Arts & Culture. CSA offers free community events, including workshops, seminars, networking, and volunteer opportunities, all focused on promoting sustainable tourism and community engagement.

CSMR's commitment to environmental sustainability is also reflected in its recent re-accreditation as a Clean Marina and Fish-Friendly Marina, receiving a perfect score of 100% in both audits. This recognition underscores the marina's dedication to "becoming more than a marina by taking people on a journey that inspires them to be part of something bigger, to be changed, and to make change happen."

The 2025 Marina of the Year Awards are just around the corner, so don't miss your chance to showcase your marina's achievements. Apply now and join the ranks of the industry's top performers!

This year's awards feature 12 categories, including two new additions. Winners will be announced at the Awards Dinner on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Middle Harbour Skiff Club.

To streamline the submission process, entries can only be made via the online platform. Word/character limits and restrictions on appended photos and documents are now in place to save time and resources. Please note that separate submissions are required for each category.

Don't miss out! Submissions close on 7 March 2025.
