The second leg of the Tenzor International Cup - J/70 Open Winter Series 2024-2025 was full of intrigue from the start till the finish.

This regatta is hard to win even if you have a good position in first or second race days. But this time Tenzor Team skippered by Andrey Pushkin took the lead from the beginning and confidently win the second leg of the Series with 15pts in total.

The weather forecast of last race day was good, to make it through all three races scheduled.

"The wind was pretty weak in the morning, so we started the day with a bit of a summer vibe," commented Can Giray, the PRO of regatta. "But then RC caught a north wind at 12:30, set up the course quickly and got the race started. We had three races without any problems and a total of nine races this week, which is a very good number because we were able to do 18 races in total in two legs. RC's stats say that sailors spent a total of 11.5 hours in the sea for the races," he concluded.

Igor Rytov's "Bogatyrs" team finished in second overall gaining 23pts. The crew finished with second result in each race of final race day and their scorecard showed the value of consistency. Bogatyrs secured their position on podium.

Third place finally was reached by Dolce Vita team led by Inna Balashova. They had a 4th and 3rd results in first two races, and right at the end Dolce Vita won the final race and overtook Atoll Sailing Team.

Both teams finished with 29 pts and had two wins in this leg but Dolce Vita had more results in top-three, so it put them in better position.

Anatoly Arnautov's Atoll Sailing Team is fourth, while Gaswar led by Aleksandr Romanov kept the 5th place in overall.

In Corinthian division it was again the duel races for win between Orient Express team skippered by Arif Gurdenli and O1 Properties of Petr Bukin.

In first two racing days Orient Express was behind, and in final races they could make a winning gap and became number one in Corinthian. O1 Properties finished second and Ayaz JR led by Arif Ayaz reached 3rd place in this division.

The Leg 3 will commence from the same venue on 13th of February, running through to 16th of February with nine scheduled races.
