The Italian Sea Group: Further details of the Admiral Spyder 88m Megayacht

by The Italian Sea Group 12 Dec 2024 21:56 AEDT

The Italian Sea Group exclusively unveils new details of Project "Spyder" Admiral 88-metres, an extraordinary megayacht currently under construction. In collaboration with the renowned design studios Espen Øino International and FM Architettura, this project has been developed to mark one of the most ambitious and innovative ventures in the luxury yachting industry.

Kitson Yachts, a major "Yachting Family Office" based in Miami, has closely monitored the Admiral Spyder megayacht since early negotiations. Moreover, a second 73-metre Admiral megayacht is already under construction at The Italian Sea Group. Another success for the partnership between the TISG and Kitson Yachts, as an Authorized Sales Agency in the AMAS region.

Scheduled for delivery in 2027, Project Spyder represents a perfect synthesis of state- of-the-art technology, exclusive design, and exceptional comfort.

The partnership with Espen Øino International has produced an extraordinary design and layout that blend aesthetics, functionality, and comfort.

The exterior design features an elegant and versatile aft deck offering ample spaces for entertainment and relax.

Each deck features expansive sliding and opening full height glass panels, enabling a seamless connection with the sea. These adaptable spaces can be transformed from private family areas into social zones and vice versa.

"We very much value the opportunity to work with this particular client, the A-Group, FM Architettura and the Italian Seagroup to create what undoubtedly will be a very unique and well built yacht, I just can't wait to see it being launched!" - commented the design and architecture studio Espen Oeino International.

One of the standout features of Project Spyder is its focus on sustainability. Equipped with an innovative diesel-electric propulsion system powered by electric Azipods, Spyder ensures low emissions and reduced fuel consumption. This efficiency is further enhanced by five variable-speed generators, making it one of the most eco-friendly yachts in its class.

With a volume of approximately 3,000 GT, Spyder can accommodate up to 18 guests across nine sophisticated staterooms, including a master suite located on the bridge deck, which also boasts a fully private aft deck. Every space has been designed to maximize comfort, featuring spacious communal areas like the main salon and the forward facing observation lounge on the upper deck.

The interior design strikes a perfect balance between natural light and premium materials. Curated by FM Architettura, the interiors are harmoniously made with carefully selected colours, decorations, and finishes, creating spaces that perfectly integrate with abundant natural light.

Generous ceiling heights, refined furnishings, and a careful selection of materials emphasize a concept of elegance and comfort, making every corner of the yacht inviting andsophisticated.

"We are truly happy and honored to have been selected by the Owner and his Family to develop the interior architecture and design of this beautiful ship; There has been since the very beginning a very clear and inspiring vision; we are deeply enjoying our close collaboration with the A Group, Espen Oeino and the shipyard, on creating all together a truly special and inspiring vessel. We can't wait to see her navigate and explore the seas, but above all to give great joy to her Owner's and their Family"- commented FM Architettura Design Studio.

Spyder's naval platform, fully engineered by The Italian Sea Group, boasts optimized hull lines to deliver not only outstanding performance but also superior onboard comfort, ensuring a unique cruising experience.

An extraordinary combination of outstanding design, cutting-edge innovation, and sustainability, Project Spyder 88m is set to become one of the most exclusive yachts in the global yachting scene.
