The relentless pace from the leaders in the Vendée Globe continues as they head towards the Cape of Good Hope, but they are all mindful of their boats, and how they are handling the difficult conditions.

Yoann Richomme on Paprec Arkéa gives us an update on just how hard it is to strike this balance, not just on the boat, but also on the sailors themselves.
