The leaders in the Vendée Globe have now escaped the Doldrums and are flying at 20+ knots towards the eastern tip of South America.

Thomas Ruyant leads the way, with a group of thirteen IMOCA skippers all within 100 nautical miles of each other.

Plus, we have an exclusive interview with Henri-Lloyd's Knut Frostad, a legend from the Whitbread Round the World Race and Volvo Ocean Race, who gives us his thoughts on the race so far, and talks about his own record-breaking experiences while ocean racing.
