Baltic Yachts has announced an exciting new model - the Baltic 80 Café Racer, a larger version of the highly successful 68 Café Racer, with the potential to deliver an even more exhilaration under sail.

During the Monaco Yacht Show a letter of intent has been signed to construct the first hull, marking a significant milestone in Baltic Yachts' commitment to innovation in daysailing.

Conceived as a fresh new concept in yachting with the motto "just unplug, set sail, and enjoy," the Baltic 68 Café Racer has already set new standards of boatspeed, style and handling for a large, luxury daysailer. Now the Baltic 80 Café Racer is set to raise that bar still further. Scaling up the original Café Racer concept to full maxi yacht size, this new model promises exceptional sailing performance, vast living space, and pure enjoyment on the water.

The Baltic 80 Café Racer is designed by the renowned naval architect Javier Jaudenes, who also drew the lines of the original 68. Extensive simulations using cutting-edge CFD technology have optimised its hull and sail design ensuring a remarkable sailing experience that marries speed with stability.

Safety and simplicity remain at the forefront of the Café Racer concept, using advanced composite materials and cutting edge construction techniques to ensure a lightweight build and modern electrical solutions for propulsion and sail handling systems.

The Baltic 80 Café Racer also offers a very wide choice of customisation options for interior design, allowing clients to bring their unique vision to life. With more than 50 years of experience in crafting some of the finest yachts in the world, Baltic Yachts is dedicated to building vessels that truly reflect the aspirations of their owners and exceed their most exacting expectations.

'With the fourth hull of the 68 mini series soon to be launched, the 80 is a natural progression to satisfy demand from our clients for a yacht that delivers the same kind of sailing experience on a larger scale', says Henry Hawkins EVP of Baltic Yachts.
