Barcolana - the historic international sailing regatta - which is also the most crowded one, will be held in Trieste on October 13th.

This year at its 56th edition, the famous regatta completely transforms the city for over a week, which becomes a festival of the sea, sailing, wind.

As usual, at the fascinating Barcolana will participate Sea4All - Tiliaventum, sports association from Lignano Sabbiadoro (Northeastern Italy) that promotes inclusive sea disciplines for decades. Sea4All is the initiative that the association carries out continuously throughout the whole year with the objective of an inclusive participation in the sea sport activities of people with physical, sensory, intellectual-relational disabilities, discomfort, terminally ill, together with so-called able-bodied, without physical, mental or economic barriers - the initiatives are free.

At the 2024 edition Sea4All will be present with several inclusive teams, including Càpita R30 - the accessible and high-performing daysailer on which you can board with the proper wheelchair and perform all the maneuvers independently, thus assuming an active role.

Sea4All will be also present with its stand at the Barcolana Village on the shores of Trieste where the staff will be joined by volunteers/friends from the Menthal Health Centre (Gorizia) ready to welcome everyone with enthusiasm and give all the necessary information on the Sea4All project and on all the other inclusive activities carried out by the association.

Càpita will be moored to Trieste for the whole week of the Barcolana, where it can be visited with the possibility to try it by booking on site at the Sea4All stand or by contacting us via mail .
