US Sailing today announced that early registration is now open for the Sailing Leadership Forum, a biannual conference for sailing leaders that represent every aspect of the sport.

The event will be hosted on February 6 - 8, 2025 in stunning Coronado, California.

Sailing Leadership Forum includes 600 attendees, 45 breakout sessions, 30 demo boats, 20 exhibitors, 4 keynote speakers, 2 award ceremonies, and endless networking.

US Sailing is excited to welcome Dr. Greg Wells as one of the 2025 keynote speakers. Wells is an expert on optimizing health, wellness, and peak performance and is a bestselling author. He has dedicated his career to studying the science of human limits and developing practical strategies to help individuals and organizations perform at their best. With over 25 years of experience working with Olympic and world champions as well as top performing organizations, Wells draws parallels between elite athletes and top executives to help audiences optimize their health and performance. As an endurance athlete and scientist, he will share both his personal experiences and clinical expertise with all Sailing Leadership Forum attendees.

Early Bird Registration is now available at the special rate of $400 for August only!

Additional registration options are:

  • Standard Registration - Sept 1 - Oct 31 - $500

"I have been attending the SLF since 2018 and it gets better every year," shared Reed Maltbie, Executive Director of ICSA. "They have the vision to bring in speakers and present topics that are leading edge and evolving the sport of sailing. Other sports should follow suit and start educating their members on the issues that matter most to not only sports but life beyond. This is what sets SLF apart for me."

US Sailing will present the Community Sailing & Training Awards during a luncheon during the event. Separately, the much-anticipated Rolex Yachtsman & Yachtswoman of the Year Award Presentation will take place.
