All teams except for American Magic were on the water off Barcelona for the second day of official Practice.

Unfortunately Barcelona copped the same weather pattern that frustrated the Olympic sailors at Marseille.

Former AC37 Joint Recon Team member Justin Busuttil posted this video - shot from the rooftop of Barcelona of the Practice session.

He reports that INEOS Britannia and Orient Express Racing Team were racing in 5kts of wind. Unfortunately in stark contrast to the previous day, the yachts were not able to get up on foil, but raced an upwind leg in displacement mode, with INEOS Britannia continuing downwind for a short while.

Lots of towing around after the practice race, before teams called it a day and towed back to base. All teams except for NYYC American Magic were on the water.

Operations were abandoned for the day, with potential plans to complete broadcast testing in the coming days. Stay tuned!
