Godfrey Pontoons receives NMMA Marine Industry CSI Award

by Godfrey Marine 25 Jul 2024 11:01 NZST

Godfrey Marine, manufacturer of premium family Godfrey pontoon boats and Hurricane deck boats, legendary innovator in versatile deck boat designs, announced today its boat dealer recipients of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards. There were 94 Godfrey dealers and 38 Hurricane dealers recognized this year.

The NMMA collects dealer satisfaction data through the Marine Industry CSI program and uses it to recognize boat dealers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvements to better serve their customers.

"What our dealers do to make our customers feel valued and taken care of is at the core of our growth and future success," said Jeff Cress Senior Director Purchasing, Logistics & Customer Experience, Godfrey Marine. "Thank you to the NMMA for their recognition of our dealer network's hard work in this area, and we thank our customers for their positive feedback and continued loyalty. We look forward to maintaining and surpassing this standard of excellence in the years to come."

The 2023 CSI Award dealer recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year. Data is collected as part of a survey of customers who purchased a new boat between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. For this reporting period, the program surveyed more than 175,000 customers.

The complete list of boat dealers honored with 2023 CSI Awards for their efforts to increase customer satisfaction levels in the boating industry are listed at www.boatsatisfaction.com.
