Windcraft Cruising Expo returns in 2024 with an exciting showcase of new yachts

Windcraft Yachts will again present an exclusive selection of their award-winning European yachting brands at a special four-day event running from Thursday 1st August to Sunday 4th August in Sydney.
The Windcraft Cruising Expo to be held at the prestigious Cruising Yacht Club of Australia at Rushcutters Bay will showcase the latest models from four of Windcraft's premium sailing marques; Hanse, Dehler, Moody and Solaris.
It will be the second edition of the popular event which last year attracted a large number of sailors eager to assess the latest designs for themselves, get a feel for the boats' layouts and finish, and interact with the Windcraft sales team.
"The overwhelmingly positive feedback we received from last year's Cruising Expo at the CYCA made the decision to reprise the experience for potential buyers and yachting enthusiasts an easy one," reveals Windcraft's Managing Director Anthony Bishop.
"We are looking forward to presenting an exciting array of luxury cruising yachts that are all award-winning models in their respective categories," he says. "Displaying them in a relaxed setting like this allows our team to provide an exclusive and personalised viewing experience," he acknowledges.
The final enticing model line-up will be announced closer to the day and Expo visitors will be able to appreciate the pleasing lines of the Windcraft fleet tied-up in the "Pond", the mooring area immediately next to the CYCA's famous entertaining deck, perfect for a leisurely lunch or relaxing drink.
For admirers of the acclaimed Contest brand of luxury blue water cruisers, there will be an opportunity to meet CEO Arjen Conjin. It will be Arjen's first visit to Australia since Contest and Windcraft signed an exclusive dealership agreement in January for Windcraft to represent the high-end Dutch builder and its range of semi-custom, superbly crafted yachts from 42 - 85 feet.
"We are especially pleased to welcome Arjen and his family to one of the southern hemisphere's sailing capitals," Anthony states. "We have a number of Contest owners here already and are early anticipating engaging with interested parties to assist them in realising their dreams of cruising in uncompromising safety and luxury," he adds.
The Windcraft Cruising Expo times will be 9am - 5pm from Thursday 1st August to Sunday 4th August.
