One month from today it's that time again. The longest and toughest Baltic race will start for the ninth time. On June 20th, the longest day of the year, over 80 sailing yachts will set off to sail the entire Baltic Sea.

This is another record fleet and some are starting for the 5th time! The route starts in Wismar Bay and ends in the small Swedish town of Töre. From the southernmost to the northernmost point of the Baltic Sea, or 900 nautical miles.

Be there when the fleet of very different boats and crews are launched from the Hansekogge Wissemara at 1 p.m.

Either they start to break the records in one of the 5 categories, or they just want to arrive to tie up at the famous yellow buoy, which marks the end of this strenuous adventure.
