This strategic partnership brings together two significant brands, each renowned for their commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and service in the yachting industry.

Nautor Swan is a Finnish shipyard owned by Sawa Srl, which is in turn owned by Leonardo Ferragamo for the last 26 years, and has a history dating back to 1966. For 58 years Nautor Swan has raised the stakes in building new models and pushing the boundaries of design, meeting its customers’ needs and fulfilling the expectations of the market with seaworthy, elegant, performing and timeless yachts.

Today, Nautor Swan continues to set the standard for luxury and performance sailing with a range of models from 28 to 125 ft, and not forgetting the power boats division with the 42 footer Swan Shadow and Overshadow, and the Swan Arrow 75.

The philosophy of the brand remains unchanged over almost six decades, as Nautor Swan continues to build to the Swan DNA: attention to details, performance, construction quality and reliability and a strong focus on innovation and high technological solutions.

The brand is very close to its customers throughout their journey: with ClubSwan (The Club) a virtual yacht club where all Nautor’s owners can gather to share their love of the sport of sailing, of the sea and nature; the Nautor Swan Brokerage and Charter divisions for those starting moving the first steps in the marine world; the ClubSwan Racing the sports division and Nautor Swan Global Service, the true owners’ guardian angels able to intervene for any request, 24/7 everywhere in the world.

Barry Ashmore, Chief Commercial Officer at Nautor Swan, expressed his enthusiasm: “The world’s most discerning sailors have always held Nautor Swan in high regard. Our brand values are appreciated worldwide. Owning a Swan is not just about sailing; it’s about passion, connecting with nature, adventure and absolute freedom. After all, a Swan is a Swan, there’s no doubt about it.”

Richard Allen, Chief Operating Officer of Simpson Marine, shared his insights: “This notable addition to our portfolio consolidates our presence in the high-end yachting market segment, offering our customers a range of yachts sharing the same principles of the highest craftsmanship and artisan approach. The combination of these brands under the same roof will create a unique Sailing and Motor Yacht company, enhancing our positioning as the most trusted luxury yachting company in the region.”

"The strong network, the key locations and the highly qualified sales and service teams of Simpson Marine will bring the best opportunities to develop the Nautor Swan brand in some established and upcoming markets of Asia” added Olivier Decamps, Asia-Pacific Regional Director at Nautor Swan. The collaboration between Simpson Marine and Nautor Swan promises exciting opportunities for yachting enthusiasts across Asia, with plans for a circuit of regattas that reflect the shipyard’s activations in the core European markets. Simpson Marine will play a pivotal role in introducing Swan’s sailing and motor yachts to discerning clients. With joint investments in innovative technologies, sustainable development, and an expanded service network, the future looks bright for both brands.

The official launch of Nautor Swan under the Simpson Marine umbrella will be staged at the Singapore Yachting Festival held on 25-28 April 2024.
