This partnership underpins a shared commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent within the industry, extending far beyond the event itself.?

METSTRADE, the world's largest marine equipment trade show for leisure marine professionals, will take place from 19-21 November 2024 in Amsterdam. Through the dedicated LinkedIn group, they will offer valuable guidance and encourage information sharing. The insights from our 2022 salary survey highlight the significance of retaining talent within the 25-35 age bracket. We must provide the necessary motivation and recognition to keep them engaged and retained in our industry."

Our Young Professionals Club serves as a dynamic hub for ambitious students, starters, and young professionals eager to advance their careers in this sector.
