Balance Catamarans is excited to announce the debut of the first Balance 442 catamaran at the International Multihull Boat Show in La Grande Motte, France, from April 3rd to 7th.

Just a few months ago, owners Jayden and John caught their first glimpse of their new boat, the 442 named Lasai, while she was still aboard a container ship. Lasai was then launched into the waters of Rome amidst some intense winds during a crane lift.

Since then, they've been enjoying getting to know Lasai during a speedy cruise to Cannes for the boat show, where she was recognized as one of Europe's best boats.

Jayden and John, known as the Tipsy Nomads in the blogging/vlogging world, have documented much of the early stages of their journey with their boat. This dynamic duo shares fun and insightful details about their boating lifestyle and their maritime Mediterranean adventures along the way. Be sure to check out their channels as you will likely recognize this former professional athlete from his American baseball playing days!

Lasai is a stunning catamaran with ecologically sourced bamboo veneers on her handmade cabinets. "We are looking forward to showing her off at La Grande Motte this year," added Phil Berman, founder of Balance Catamarans who will attend the show as well.

For press demonstration sails, please contact Alain Hamel, Balance's exclusive French representative.

Demo sails may be organized prior to the boat show for sails and inspections in Canet-en-Rousillon, France, or they may be organized to take place either before or after the International Multihull Show, by appointment with Alain at:

The appeal of offshore
Is there still appeal? Have we made it too onerous? Why would someone take it up now? I had been pondering. Yes. Marquee events have no issue attracting entrants.
