by Hurricane Boats 15 Feb 2024 17:00 PST

Hurricane deck boats, legendary innovator in versatile deck boat designs, announced today it has been recognized for a National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. The award, given for superior customer satisfaction throughout the year, was announced on Thursday, February 15th during the Innovation Awards Breakfast at the 2024 Miami International Boat Show. This is Hurricane's seventh award for customer satisfaction.

"Thank you to the NMMA for this recognition, and to our Hurricane customers for their continued support and loyalty," said Jeff Cress, Senior Director of Purchasing, Logistics & Customer Experience, Godfrey Marine. "This program aligns exactly with several of Hurricane's most prized values, chief among them being to provide the best possible product and experience to our customers. We hope to continue growing and exceeding those expectations this year."

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023.
