Early-Bird Registration for the Marinas24 International Conference and Trade Exhibition (Marinas24) is available only until 15 March. While there is plenty of time to register, the Marina Industries Association (MIA) recommends you book early to ensure you can attend all the ancillary events, as some are limited in number.

The biennial event will take place 27 & 28 May 2024 at the Royal International Convention Centre (RICC) Brisbane, Queensland and will bring together around 350 marina owners, operators and suppliers for two inspiring days of conferencing and exhibition where over 50 exhibitors will showcase their marina related products and services.

With the increased exhibition space almost sold out, and the conference program set to be released soon, interest in the event is at an all-time high and delegate registrations are on the move.

Suzanne Davies, MIA CEO explained, "The exhibition is 25% bigger this year and there are only a few booths remaining. We are expecting more than 350 delegates this year and already have well over 100 registered. With limited places available on the Study Tour and at the Gala Dinner, we urge those delegates hoping to attend these events to register now."

The Study Tour will take place on Wednesday, 29 May and the itinerary commences with two of the state's larger marine facilities, the 2023 Boatyard of the Year (20+ boats) The Yard Brisbane and 2021 Marina of the Year Hall of Fame inductee, Rivergate Marina and Shipyard. Delegates will travel between the two yards on the Brisbane River before re-boarding the Marine Travelift sponsored coaches, down to the Manly boating precinct where delegates will visit East Coast Marina and the 5 Gold Anchor and 2023 MOTYA 'Club of the Year' Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron (RQYS). There are only 150 spaces available on the Study Tour.

Marinas24 opens with the traditional Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday 26 May on the Plaza of the RICC and closes with the Gala Dinner at Howard Smith Wharves on the edge of the Brisbane River. After the side-splitting entertainment provided at Marinas22, it is expected that Gala Dinner tickets will also sell out.

Immediately adjacent to the RICC is the Rydges Fortitude Valley. The MIA has negotiated a hotel buyout to ensure delegates can stay close to the venue, so close, it is like being in the same venue. Once the 208 rooms have been booked, other accommodation venues will be offered. Book now, to secure a room at the Rydges.

Marinas24 is a must attend event for marina owners, operators and suppliers. Not only is the event the most efficient and effective way to meet with suppliers and learn about the latest range of products and services available on the market, the MIA will again ensure that networking and information sharing amongst industry peers is another key component.
