Oliver Wells appointed as Recruitment Director at Marine Resources

Marine Resources has appointed Oliver Wells to the position of Recruitment Director within the award-winning marine recruitment company.

In his nearly two-year tenure at Marine Resources as Executive Search Lead and Managing Consultant, Oliver has demonstrated exceptional results and quickly become a figurehead. Oliver brings nearly twenty years of senior recruitment expertise to the role. His extensive background includes collaborations with premier firms across diverse sectors, ranging from FTSE 100 companies at board level to innovative scale-up businesses.

Oliver boasts a robust track record of recruiting senior talent as well as managing highly successful teams, whilst driving impactful organisational change both within the UK and international markets. This in-depth experience sits alongside his lifelong passion for the water and the marine industry. Outside of his recruitment work Oliver is a competitive yachtsman having won National and European titles and competes on national and international race programs.

At Marine Resources, Oliver has been instrumental in leading the Sales Marketing and Operations division as well as the Skilled Trades division and has headed the Executive Search service offering. His outstanding contributions and accomplishments have positioned him as the ideal person for the role of Recruitment Director, where he will oversee all recruitment activity across all three key divisions of Marine Resources: Design, Engineering and Technical; Sales Marketing and Operations; as well as Skilled Trades.
