Boat Fix, a recreational boating telematics company that provides customized solutions for the boating industry through a combination of remote monitoring, GPS tracking and sophisticated geofencing, uniquely backed by 24/7 live customer support, announced today in anticipation of next week's The Docks Expo held in Nashville Tennessee, the launch of MARINA OPERATORS 24/7, a brand-new program focused on providing support to marinas.

MARINA OPERATORS 24/7 will allow marina owners and operators to upgrade their services by providing their slip-holders with the around-the-clock protections and perks of Boat Fix's services while boosting their own revenue streams with standout 24/7 customer service.

While Boat Fix does the heavy lifting and manages all administration and the MARINA OPERATORS 24/7 program details, marinas will have the option to enroll in the new suite of services on a per-boat basis. Marina owners can then package the Boat Fix customer experience to their slip-holders on their own terms.

"The comprehensive range of MARINA OPERATORS 24/7 services protects both the slip holder and the marina operator with a safer, more secure and stress-free boating experience," said Alastair Crawford, Founder, Boat Fix. "This level of around-the-clock customer service is a major differentiator in the marina industry."

Enrolled slip-holders will have access to Boat Fix's premium services, such as the Boat Fix App, which includes 24/7 customer support from the Connecticut-based Command & Control Center, a mechanical helpline, mechanical video chat, alarm monitoring and much more.

Marina operators will enjoy 24/7 business support along with the benefits of Boat Fix's advanced technology and services, such as revolutionized security that includes round-the-clock support for security staff, enhanced monitoring and protection against theft and unauthorized use, and fast alerts in the event of an emergency or after-hours use. Boat Fix's 24/7 monitoring also includes alerts related to boat health, including high or low battery voltage and high-water alarms.

Dock staff can also take advantage of Boat Fix's 24/7 mechanical help line, while marina management can monitor habits and traffic patterns of their slip-holders and visitor slips to gather real-time critical data and metrics on boater usage.
