North Sails On Board with RNZYS
North Sails is proud to be named Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron's official sailmaker for the next three years and the supplier to the club’s new Emirates Team New Zealand Elliott 7 fleet, due to launch in early 2024.
Through this new partnership, the RNZYS’ Mastercard Youth Training Programme will have access to the best sail technology in the world and the support of an extensive network of the most knowledgeable sail designers, sailmakers, and local experts worldwide.
The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron is one of New Zealand’s leading yacht clubs, with an illustrious history dating back to 1871. The RNZYS is the holder of the America’s Cup after Emirates Team New Zealand defended the oldest sporting trophy in the world at the 36th America’s Cup in Auckland in 2021. In addition to being the Official Sailmaker of the RNZYS, North Sails is an Official Supplier to Team New Zealand's defense of the 37th America's Cup and is the exclusive one design sail supplier to the AC40.
