PES is proud to announce the world's first-ever electric-only APBA records event! The first Annual Gold Technologies Inc. and Robbins/Margeas Electric Records Event will be held at Lake Townsend Marina, NC, on October 26th, 2023, at 8 am.

Big Bird will be making her APBA debut at Lake Townsend and the mark is set on both the official and unofficial records. Big Bird is on track to smash both of these records!

For more background, the current official world record holder is Jaguar's Vector V20E, set back in 2018 with an average speed of 88.62 mph. However, at the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout in 2023, Vision Marine achieved a single-point radar speed of 116 mph.

We would like to extend our most humble thank you to all of our partners that have made this possible, in particular, Cigarette Racing, Flux Marine, Iowa Dental Group, and Gold Technologies, Inc. All partner support allows us to continue our mission of breaking the outright electric water speed record.

The event will be livestreamed on YouTube and information about the livestream can be found on our website princetonelectricspeedboating.com
